Frank Giacalone is a Principal Owner of Montgomery Energy Partners LP, an affiliate of Navasota Energy Partners LP. Montgomery Energy focuses on development of new power and energy assets and seeks to acquire specific assets from the portfolio shifting that has been the primary driver in the power industry for the past several years.
Giacalone has 25 years executive and management experience in the energy industry with a focus on electric energy in both retail and wholesale markets. His experience includes commercial and technical assignments with companies such as General Electric and Tenneco. He has an extensive background in asset development, acquisition and divestiture in natural gas and electric power industries. His broad experience includes executive management of geographically dispersed organizations, business and asset development, acquisitions and divestitures of power assets and companies, financial structuring, investment management and enterprise restructuring.
Prior to forming Navasota Energy and Montgomery Energy, Giacalone served as Vice President of Development and Asset Management for NRG Energy Inc. In that capacity, he led expansion efforts in south and southwest wholesale power markets. Giacalone had similar success as SVP and Chief Development Officer of CHI Energy, Inc., where as executive team member, saw the company through bankruptcy to profitability and successful sale to Italian utility ENEL. Frank has similar executive experiences with companies such as JWP, Tenneco and GE.

Dan Hudson is a Principal Owner of Montgomery Energy Partners LP, an affiliate of Navasota Energy Partners LP. Montgomery Energy focuses on development of new power and energy assets and seeks to acquire specific assets from the portfolio shifting that has been the primary driver in the power industry for the past several years.
Hudson is responsible for energy M&A, capital formation/management from private equity, third party debt and equity raising. Hudson has 18 years of experience in the energy industry with a focus on wholesale electric and gas markets. His experience includes asset acquisition and divestiture strategies, implementation and financing at Navigant Consulting, Duke Energy North America and NRG Energy. He has successfully completed electric generation and gas transmission asset acquisitions totaling over $10 Billion including asset valuation, due diligence, purchase &sale agreement negotiations and transition closing activities. Hudson's experience also includes financing in excess of $7 Billion for power and gas assets via bond offerings, traditional project financing, fixed income trusts, construction loan revolvers and large corporate credit facilities.
Prior to joining Navigant, Hudson served as Managing Director of Acquisitions and Divestitures for Duke Energy North America. In that capacity, he led Duke's acquisition and divestiture program. Hudson had similar success as VP of NRG Energy where as executive team member, was responsible for its Energy Markets group which included acquisitions, electric trading, origination, acquisition implementation and integration, and financing support.

Michael La Rose is a Principal Owner of Montgomery Energy Partners LP.
Mr. La Rose has been involved in environmental protection and energy production for over 25 years. The issues he has most specifically addressed are environmental safety in solid waste management and the economics of both recycling and incineration. He was centrally involved in the NJ State Solid Waste Master Plan development and the effort to remove incineration as an element of that plan.
Mr. La Rose has long championed the concept that an environmental approach to energy production can also be economically viable. Throughout his career he has sought to demonstrate to the public as well as to elected officials that we can achieve a clear balance of a clean and safe environment, responsible resource management and commercial success.
Mr. La Rose continues today to travel throughout the U.S. and abroad in order to assist local and national officials in their attempts to take a new and environmental approach to these issues. In this effort he offers advice on both technical and economic issues. His emphasis though is directed primarily on the educating of government officials, the public and the commercial sector about the most effective way to turn what has been a problem in the past to an environmental and financial success in the future.

Richard Wagner is a Principal Owner of Montgomery Energy Partners LP. He is also President of National Energy Resource Corporation (NERC) which focuses on the development of new and re-powered independent power facilities. Wagner is responsible for energy sales, fuel procurement, commercial debt and capital formation/management from private equity. NERC has worked the development of over 20 Biomass fired projects. In addition to NERC, Wagner acts as managing member for a $65 MM Biomass fired project in which GE Capital is the other member of the LLC.
Wagner has 18 years experience in the independent energy field. His experience includes commercial and technical development, asset acquisitions of coal fired power plants, hydro electric power plants and biomass fired power plants. Wagner has vast experience in negotiating power purchase agreements, arranging the sale of renewable energy certificates and the use of Section 29 and 45 Federal Tax credits. His background includes joint venturing with municipalities on energy ventures, working with the US Corps of Engineers in the development of Greenfield projects and refinancing developed assets.
Prior to forming NERC, Wagner served as Vice President of hydro-electric development for Catalyst Energy and as CEO of Obermeyer Hydraulic Turbine a subsidiary of Catalyst Energy. In that capacity Wagner worked on the 192 MW Sidney A. Murray Jr. power plant, Hannibal Locks & Dam Hydro in New Martinsville WV as well as several smaller installations. In his capacity as CEO for Obermeyer, Wagner took the company through restructuring to eventually become a leader in the manufacturing of small bulb style turbines. Before joining Catalyst Energy, Wagner was Vice President of Project Development for Besi-Corp primarily overseeing the installation of over 10,000 sq/ft of Solar Collectors in California.
